ARTWORKS IN CARE COMMUNITIES
ILME’s aim is to promote accessibility to art and culture and the realisation of cultural rights. The Kehä Festival brings art to communities that are easily excluded from arts and cultural services or face challenges in accessing the arts. Kehä’s works will embark on a care institutions tour on 15.10.2025.

The City of Oulu will also support the project. ILME’s partners in the project are the theatre group Gato Escaldado from Lisbon, Portugal, and the residency operator House collective from Klanjec, Croatia. In each country, different ways of bringing one-to-one art to the public will be developed during the project.
