ILME’s aim is to promote accessibility to art and culture and the realisation of cultural rights. The Kehä Festival brings art to communities that are easily excluded from arts and cultural services or face challenges in accessing the arts. Kehä’s works will embark on a care institutions tour on 15.10.2025.
One-to-one Art Symposium will take place at the Culture Centre Valve on 16.10. More information about the event will be announced later.

The City of Oulu will also support the project.
