Kehä is an annual festival, where all the works are produced for one experiencer at a time. The works take in viewers in care institutions and at an open event at the Culture House Valve in Oulu. Sharing experiences between artists is an integral part of the festival. We invite artists from all over Finland who work on the basis of bitalerality, social and health workers who believe in the possibilities of art, and all those interested to join us in our shared circle – Kehä.

Kulttuuriosuuskunta ILME has been organising Kehä since 2015. In most years, Kehä-Festival has had a theme that challenges us to explore bilaterality from a certain angle. The 2024 edition of the Kehä-Festival will be the ninth in a row.
